As a business owner and developer in the Fox Cities, Bill Paul is an integral part of the regional community.  His clothing store, Bill Paul LTD is an anchor retail establishment in downtown Neenah.   Bill is an energetic driving force in the renovation of downtown Neenah’s central business district and one of the founders of the nonprofit organization, Future Neenah, Inc.  Paul’s development company owned, managed and refurbished many of the historical commercial buildings in Neenah’s downtown area.  He also has investments and developments in real estate across the country; from Naples, Florida, throughout Wisconsin, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Tucson, Arizona.
